Meeting Multiple Phases with Precision
This project features an extensive integration of insulated metal panels (IMPs) across both interior and exterior applications, ensuring superior thermal consistency and long-term performance.
45,000-square-foot cooler: The centerpiece of the build, designed for maximum durability, efficiency, and reliability.
20,000-square-foot production area: Constructed to meet strict sanitary and operational requirements.
High-performance doors: Stainless steel IMP and FRP doors were installed to support frequent wash-downs and enhance corrosion resistance in high-traffic zones.
The exterior scope also encompassed multiple standalone structures—including chemical storage rooms, a dedicated driver check-in area, and several support buildings. Each space was delivered with precision, meeting specific operational requirements while maintaining unwavering quality and adherence to schedule.
Solving for Scale and Demand
Among the project’s most complex challenges was maintaining the maximum ceiling height within the cooler. While most of the structure achieved a 24-foot clearance, one lower beam presented an obstacle. Our team engineered a custom soffit detail that preserved the client’s required height without compromising insulation integrity.
Overhead, our aluminum T-bar system provided a structural backbone for rapid and precise panel installation—ensuring alignment, load-bearing capacity, and long-term stability. This solution not only met structural demands but also allowed us to stay significantly ahead of schedule.

What distinguishes this facility is not only its scale but the level of protection and performance built into every corner. Our team’s attention to detail extended to every penetration, corner, and doorway—meticulously sealed to prevent energy loss, moisture intrusion, and contamination.
In high-use production zones, stainless steel panels and FRP-sealed doors were paired with capped corners and enclosed doorways to enable thorough wash-downs and inhibit bacterial growth. Beyond these sanitary features, we insulated refrigeration, HVAC, and process piping systems to maximize efficiency and extend system life.
Finishing ahead of schedule enabled early turnover of critical spaces, allowing our client to begin operations sooner. This commitment to precision and foresight safeguards today’s investment and supports long-term operational success.
