A PROJECT FOR A GOOD PURPOSE

Our collaboration with these clients gave us a unique opportunity to contribute to solving their needs while exhibiting our expertise in our field. Projects like these remind us of the impact our work can have beyond the confines of construction sites. We are one of the first contractors’ on-site for almost every cold storage job we are involved in.

STARTING ON THE RIGHT FOOT

As soon as the steel and concrete footers were complete, we got to work to ensure the insulated metal panel walls and ceiling were installed. So the rest of the trades had the green light to work as soon as possible. Despite initial challenges such as the lack of power supply, our team's resourcefulness and dedication prevailed and kept the project on track and within budget.

LAYING THE GROUNDWORK

To prevent the water in the ground under the freezer floor from freezing, thermal blocks and a glycol heating system were installed. Our team then covered the mud slab with a vapor barrier, followed by two layers of three-inch insulation, which was capped by the remaining concrete to bring it up to the finished floor height. This technical process requires a high level of expertise to install quickly and correctly. Doing this work incorrectly will cause major issues in the future.

DEDICATED TO BUILDING TRUST

When it comes to our projects, timing is everything. Our mission goes beyond constructing cold storage solutions; it’s about ensuring our clients’ success by delivering on time, every time. By swiftly mobilizing our team, we ensure that all subsequent contractors have the time they need to carry out their work efficiently. This approach streamlines the construction process and minimizes delays, benefiting our clients. Our commitment to excellence ensures that every project is completed to an elite standard, leaving a lasting impression on our clients.
